I offer hands-on work in 90 minute and 120 minute sessions during my regular working hours:

90-Minute Massage - €140
Offer deeply relaxing, therapeutic sessions combining Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage—tailored to your needs in a 90-minute session.
Couple's Massage Workshop - €350
Learn fun, basic massage techniques to take home with you and treat each other with in this 3-hour session.
120-Minute Massage - €185
Offers deeply relaxing, therapeutic sessions combining Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage—tailored to your needs in a 120-minute session
Self-Care Workshop - €150
Personally tailored time to learn and practice techniques to self-regulate, soothe, and feel at home in your body and mind in this 90-minute workshop.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
​Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
For changes less than 48 hours in advance or last minute cancellations, I reserve the right to charge up to the full session fee if the appointment cannot be filled by another client.
In the event of a no-show (not attending without prior notice), the full session fee is due.
If you are unable to attend due to sudden illness or other unforeseeable events, please let me know as soon as possible so we can find a fair solution together.
